We’re reaping the benefits of late spring harvest with morel mushrooms! We also have a new vodka sauce that is enriched with pureed Carolina Gold rice. The creamed rice blend adds body to the sauce and a nutty depth of flavor. By utilizing an old South Carolina method of thickening sauces and soup, this dish is an ode to the rich history of rice, particularly Carolina Gold, in the Lowcountry.
