Meet Ryan & Cooper

Composing creative dishes with locally sourced ingredients and a down home vibe. Ryan and Cooper met at Cascina Spinasse many years ago and formed a personal and professional relationship. As a perfect balance of hospitality and creativity, they’ve formed a business identity that displays their talents in food and beverage service.

Ryan studied Culinary Arts in Bellingham and has spent the last decade growing and evolving with the industry. With a background primarily in Italian cooking, he has established the fundamentals of cuisine and supplemented his creativity through vigorously reading cookbooks and traveling the world to experience flavors through culture.

Cooper spent years leading sea kayak tours in her home in the marshes of South Carolina and brought her environmental background and hospitality experience to Seattle’s Puget Sound to be a part of the farm to table culinary revolution. Through environmental education and hospitality, she has evolved into an industry expert with the help of her husband’s culinary expertise and shared travel experiences. They are excited to bring their style of down home cuisine with premium and locally sourced ingredients to your table.
